Distributed by OPICO in the UK since 1996, but it all started in 1977...

With a certificate as a machine operator and a diploma in product engineering, Villy Christiansen had a strong desire to start manufacturing farm machinery. So, in 1977 the company was founded in a 120 m2 henhouse on their family farm in Denmark. HE-VA continued to grow and expand the 900 m2 became 3400 m2 and the number of employees grew to 30. In 1994, HE-VA purchased a factory nearby.

In 2001, a whole new factory and administration building was completed at N.A. Christensensvej 34, where the headquarter is still located today.

HE-VA is continuously developing and expanding. The company now counts 140 employees and 90% of the farm machines are exported to UK as well as countries around Europe and as far away as China, Canada and New Zealand.
Villy Christiansen and Elly Christiansen are still an active part of the company as CEO and Secretary alongside their son, Heine, who is Technical Director.
