COVID-19 Notice to Customers

As the situation continues to develop regarding slowing the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and further to our update last week, please see as follows:

• Clwyd Agricultural remains open, and we continue to offer essential services in the workshop at our premises. Regrettably, we are no longer able to offer field service on customer sites.
• Our showroom / shop remains closed for ‘walk in’, but parts, consumables and repairs to hydraulic hoses are still available - where possible please help us by telephoning ahead to confirm your requirements.
• We can conduct repairs to your machinery at our premises, by prior arrangement. Customers will be responsible for delivering their own machines and for deeming the trip / work to be essential.
• Strict adherence to social distancing rules are to be maintained, and additional hygiene measurers are to be implemented during such visits.
• Please pay due regard to any new signage at our premises.
• Should you wish to view an item of stock before purchase, this can be arranged by prior appointment, provided strict adherence to social distancing rules are maintained and that additional hygiene measures are implemented during such visits.
• We respectfully ask that any persons suffering (or persons from household where a family member is suffering) from any of the well-publicised symptoms of the Coronavirus refrain from asking for a service visit or from turning up at our premises.
• Further business updates or notices related to this matter will be posted on our company Website and Facebook page.
