About the Role

The role will be field based with minimal time spent in the depot. The right candidate will be responsible for sales operations in their sales area. Implementation of the sales strategy, sales vision, annual objectives and sales processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

The right candidate will be expected to carry out the following (the tasks are not limited to this list:
•    Sell products and meet customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential customers.
•    Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase and after the sale.
•    Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
•    Resolving customer complaints and concerns
•    Work with the computer system to raise sales orders
•    Work with suppliers to stock new and innovative items
•    Ordering machinery from suppliers at the best price available

Candidate Requirements

•    Sales and Sales management experience
•    Good oral and written communication skills
•    Familiar with agricultural machinery and our competitors’ products
•    Welsh Language would be an advantage but is not essential
•    Driving licence and ability to tow a trailer
